Lightroom 3 Beta Is Now Available
Posted on 22. Oct, 2009 by Terry Reinert in News, Software
I saw this morning when I opened up Twitter that there is a lot of coverage for the Adobe Lightroom 3 Beta release in the blogspehere today. I will honestly say that I have not downloaded Lightroom 3 Beta yet. I haven’t checked out all the new features or produced any videos showing these new features. What can I say… I suck as a blogger! But just for the sake of hiding that fact and to keep my Google rating higher than it really should be, I am going to point all of you to the real pro’s who have downloaded, experimented with, and made videos about Lightroom 3 Beta.

And, finally, the Adobe Labs website where you can actually download the beta: http://labs.adobe.com/
But I can say that from reading the blog posts from the guys above, it does look like Lightroom 3 has some pretty cool new features. Some that I will use and others that I could care less about. But then I know that I don’t use Lightroom 2 to its full potential like I should. Maybe this open beta will be the motivator that will get my butt in gear to really dive in and learn the core secrets of Lightroom. Or maybe it is another thing that I am going to put off and ignore so that I can make funny blog posts about my lack of attention span in the future. If I were you, I’d put my money on seeing more funny posts in the future.
