The Gathering

All of my close family and most of my extended family all live in the same area so we usually get together to hang out on the holidays. Of course we all bring the dogs so they can play and wear each other out. This lead to some good animal shots in the yard.
Sorry for the short post. I had a black belt test on Sunday and I am still drained of energy and not wanting to move all that much. 
The above photo is of my older brothers dog Elias, a pure bred German Shepard.
My little brothers dog is a spaz when it comes to the pool. I haven’t seen a dog that loves swimming more than Taz. Not just swimming but actually jumping in. The above photo was taken as he leaped off the upper level of the pool after his ball. Look at the focus and determination in that dogs eyes! I cannot recall exacly what breed he is but I know he has some lab in him.
Mystic is a Border Collie / Austrailian Shepard mix and is my baby. She is a sweetheart. I grabbed a quick side portrait of her when she stopped for a few seconds between trying to herd the other dogs around. She just doesn’t realize that the other two weigh a lot more than her and she isn’t trained to herd!
